Based in Nashville, Tennessee, Kevin Cushman is a professional singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist crafting vintage-inspired pop rock that feels both fresh and organic. Born in Prescott, Arizona, Kevin began performing at an early age, taking the stage at Tucson’s Club Congress by just 10 years old. He spent his adolescence playing drums in bands, writing songs, and developing his sound under the guidance of musical mentors. In high school, he fully committed to his craft, spending countless hours practicing, recording, and shaping his artistic identity. In 2020, while going to college in Flagstaff, he launched a solo project that evolved into the band Girl Etc., playing shows across Arizona and building a following. Now, Kevin is focused on honing his skills as both an artist and producer. He currently interns at Dark Horse Recording Studio, performs regularly at writers’ rounds and local shows, and is developing a new body of work. Kevin’s music has been featured on Lightning 100.1 in Nashville and on college radio stations across Arizona. He is known as a kind and mellow person with cold hands and a warm heart.
